All of our bean-to-bar products are hand-crafted with joy, love, peace, laughter, and smiles during the full moon time. Simply put, we only run our chocolate during the full moon time to infuse it with the amazingly powerful and sensual energy of the moon of that time. Because the moon’s energy changes every month, each bar of chocolate carries with it the energy of that month’s moon. I wonder what your birthday month moon tastes like!

Our Love and Joy cocoa beans are fair trade from the Orinoco River Basin region in Venezuela, and our Peace cocoa beans are from the Sur del Lago area in Venezuela. All of our beans have a rich, dark, unique and mysterious flavor. Our beans are blessed daily, roasted with intention (fire), cracked with focus (earth), winnowed to blow the last little bits of shell apart (wind).

The nibs are gently warmed before being put carefully into the melanger/chocolate grinder and stone ground into the incredibly intentional chocolate. After about 6 hours of spinning, the chocolate slows down to a stop, gets tempered and poured into bars, cooled, blessed, packaged, and shipped. Finally, our chocolate finds its way into your mouth, heart, and soul
